The Print Card and Label Defaults screen provides the tools you use to set the default number of cards and labels that will print. These defaults are used whenever you create a new item after these settings have been saved.
To view the screen:
Click Utilities > Print Card and Label Defaults. The Print Card and Label Defaults screen appears.
Data field descriptions
Section: Cards

Author Cards
|
To select the number of Author cards to print, type in a value or click the up or down buttons to select a number.

2nd Author Cards
|
To select the number of Author #2 cards to print, type in a value or click the up or down buttons to select a number.

3rd Author Cards
|
To select the number of Author #3 cards to print, type in a value or click the up or down buttons to select a number.

To select the number of Illustrator cards to print, type in a value or click the up or down buttons to select a number.

NOTE: Your decision to print a signout card label and pocket label depends on how you handle circulation. You do not have to use a signout card and pocket because ResourceMate keeps track of circulation for you. However, they are still available if you decide to track circulation manually.
