General
- "How Do I" button in top right corner of every form that will answer commonly asked questions specific to that form.
- Tip of the Day.
- Change font name and size for all screens, and change font name and size for all reports.
Cataloging
- Additional fields - Donated By, Donated Date, In Memory Of, Volume, Edition, Language, Physical Description, Purchase Price (different than Replacement Value), Source, Rating, Condition, ISSN, Large Print, Illustrator, Editor, and Reading Program fields.
- Establish Authority entries (Master Lists) that will not be deleted from the list regardless of whether any Items have that value (e.g. Category list that librarian has established).
- Store URL (web address) related to an item.
- Establish default values for all Item fields.
- Establish any Item field as a required field (e.g. Category). Item cannot be saved until a value has been entered.
- Patrons have an additional Student Number field.
Circulation
- Check-out and Check-in can be batched so user can confirm transactions before applying them.
